Shipping

We ship our orders worldwide in 100% recyclable packaging from Berlin.
Shipping times are estimated and refer to working days (Mo-Fr).

In order for us to send your Express order on the same day, please place your order before 12:00 (CEST time zone). Express Orders can be shipped and delivered only on business days (Mo-Fr).

If your order includes pre-order items, it will ship when the pre-order items become available.
If your order contains pre-order and ready-to-ship items, your order will ship once everything is ready to be shipped.
To get your ready-to-ship items sooner, please place a separate order.
If you've already ordered and want to split your shipment, contact us with your order number or name to info@julyliebe.com with your request. Please note that if when we split your order, one of these is less than €299|$330 US, we will send you an invoice for the extra shipping charge.

International orders (shipments outside the EU) may be subject to customs duties, taxes or fees once the order reaches its destination country. Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of import duties and taxes and therefore every customer has to assume responsibility for these potential additional costs. As import duties and taxes vary from country to country, we recommend you to contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

After we have packed your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track it.
