Articles can be returned within 14 days. However, we can only take back unused items. The attached labels as well as the article must be send to us complete and undamaged. Further information is available in the Cancellation Policy and in the general Terms and Conditions.
1. In order to arrange the return, the return must be announced by email to email@example.com. Tell us the product to return, quantity and reason.
2. Tell us if we should send you a return label or if you send it back to us yourself. ( Return address can be found below)
3. Print out the return label *, attach it to the top of the package and and remove or stick it over other address labels. Now you can bring the package at a DHL shop near you. Please use our box or a similar box for the return to protect the goods.
4. Keep the delivery confirmation until you have received a refund of the value of the goods from us.

We will refund the payment to you within 7 days of the arrival of your return.
If shipments are returned to us with the remark "undeliverable", we will contact you directly to arrange a new shipment. Please always make sure that the delivery address details are correct to avoid delays and returns.
Acceptance refused: there is the right to have the goods returned if they do not comply with the contractual agreements. If the goods are not accepted for reasons that are not related to the poor quality of the delivery or to the assertion of the right of withdrawal, costs will arise for a new delivery, which we will not assume.
