ORDER

1. HOW CAN I MAKE AN ORDER?
At julyliebe you can easily buy: go to the top and click on SHOP, then select your category or click on SEARCH and enter the article or product what you are looking for. If you have found what you want, select your size on the right side and click on the button ADD TO CART. To see what you have already added to the shopping cart, click on the cart icon on the top right. In the shopping cart you can see the articles you have selected. Go to the next step below on the right corner. Fill out you address and choose how to pay. Finally click on the BUY button.

 

2. WHEN IS A SOLD OUT PRODUCT AVAILABLE AGAIN?
We work with limited stock to guarantee exclusivity and to reduce waste. A product that is not in stock is no longer manufactured. It is only possible if another customer sends us a product

 

3. HOW CAN I FIND A PRODUCT I HAVE SEEN ON INSTAGRAM?
Click on SEARCH SYMBOL on the right side of the menu and write the name or article number of the product. You can find this information in the description of the picture on Instagram.

 

4. DO I HAVE TO CREATE AN USER ACCOUNT TO MAKE A PURCHASE?
No, you can purchase an order as a guest.

 

5. WHICH SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE?
Please check our Size chart with the three most important measurement: Bust, waist and hip. If you need help for this, contact us Info@julyliebe.com or Whatsapp.

 

6. HOW DO I KNOW IF A PRODUCT IS AVAILABLE?
You can see on the respective product page whether the size choice is crossed out or not. As long as the option is not crossed out, the article is still available. If a product, size or colour is not longer available, it can not be added to the cart.

 

7. CAN I ADD ARTICLES TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
You have to make an new order.

 

8. HOW DO I KNOW, IF YOU GOT THE ORDER AND IF IT WAS PAID?
After your order you will receive an Email with your order confirmation. The payment will be charged directly.

 

9. CAN I ALSO ORDER BY TELEPHONE?
Purchases by telephone are not possible at the moment.

 

10. WHAT IS PRE-ORDER?
We work with limited quantities, so we give you the opportunity to secure a product before it is officially launched. Pre-order products are always shipped on the official release date.

1. HOW CAN I PAY?

2. HOW TO USE A GIFT CARD?
In the CART you will find a Box with DISCOUNT CODE. Write the code of your gift card to use it.

 

3. I DIDN'T GET THE BILL, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

RETURNS

1. CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
An order can not be changed. In this case you have to send the articles back and you have to place a new order.

 

2. HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
A cancellation is only possible while the package has not been sent. Send an email to Info@julyliebe.com or contact us via Whatsapp and we will be happy to find it out for you.

 

3. HOW DO I GET MY MONEY FOR RETURNED ARTICLES?
We will refund your payment within 7 days after we received it back.

 

4. HOW TO SEND AN ARTICLE BACK?
