Please note that we can only accept returns if they are made on time and in accordance with the Return Policy below:

  • We have a 14-days right of return policy. This means that you have to send your package back within these 14 days after you have receiving it.
  • Products must be returned in the exact condition you received them in, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
  • The attached labels as well as the article must be send to us complete and undamaged.
Further information is available in the Cancellation Policy and in the general Terms and Conditions.
A return of samples due the described defects is not possible.

EXCHANGE

If you want to change the size or a garment, simply make a new order and follow the Return Steps below to return the garment to change.
If your first order had a discount, please write us at info@julyliebe.com (include your order number), so we can offer it again for the new garment.

RETURN STEPS

  1. Submit your return in the returns portal. Include the Return Form in your package (it is generated automatically as soon as you have registered your return in the returns portal). This is OBLIGATORY in order to know whom the return belongs to. You can print the Return Form or write on a piece of paper: order number, name, garment and reason of the return.
  2. We offer paid return labels for certain countries (check prices and countries below). If your country is not listed for our return label or if you don't want to use it, you can send it yourself to:

    We recommend that the shipment be insured and have a tracking number.
  3. Make sure that the return label is complete and legible. Use our box or a similar box to protect the goods. If you are sending a return from outside the EU, please read carefully the "International returns" section below.
  4. Please keep your delivery receipt until you have received a refund from us.

    International returns (outside the EU):

    If you make a return from a non-EU country it is important that the Category of Item is "Return of Goods"/"Returned Goods". Make sure that the Customs Declaration label is attached to the outside of the package. This describes what type of product is being returned, quantity, weight and value, among other information. Otherwise, the Customs Office will hold your return indefinitely and additional charges will be applied for the process to obtain the package. If the package is not correctly declared or labeled as "Return of Goods"/"Returned Goods" it will be declined.

    RETURN IN OUR STUDIO

    If you are in Berlin, you can also return your package to our studio after making an appointment.

    REFUND

    We will refund the payment to you within 14 days of the arrival of your return. In the case of having used our return label, we will deduct its cost from the refund.

    NOT ACCEPTED RETURNS

    If you have sent a return that does not follow our Return Policy described above, we will contact you about it to arrange for your package to be shipped back to you. We will send you an invoice for the shipping cost to send you the package back.
