We only have limited pieces. Therefore, an out of stock product is no longer produced. A product can be available again if another customer returns the product. You can sign up on the product page to be notified when one of your size becomes available.

Yes, you can pick it up in our studio in Berlin you can pick up your order. Simply select the "Pickup" option at checkout and you will receive an email with the date and time to pick it up in our studio.

EXCHANGE & RETURN
To change a product, you have to simply return the pieces that you want to exchange and then place a new order. The exact steps you can find here.
On our Return and Exchange page you can find all the information about the steps to follow for a return, the prices of our return label, as well as our Return Portal.
Please remember always keep your shipping receipt until you have received your refund.
If your order has extra customs taxes and you have decided not to pay them, please inform your decision to the customs office of your country or to the mail responsible for the collection. If you have not informed them, they will retain the package waiting for the payment and will send it back to us after a while. This process depends on the customs office of each country and can take several weeks. We will cancel the order after receiving the package and controlling the product.
Please keep in mind that if the cancellation is made because you do not want to pay the customs taxes, at the time of the refund we will deduct the costs that Julyliebe has paid, such as the return shipping and the extra costs charged by the customs office and shipping company.
