IMPORTANT: The measurements indicated in the Size Chart refer to the BODY MEASUREMENTS and not to the measurements of the garments.
To know how to choose the correct size, follow these steps:
How to check the measurements of the body:
- Take the measurements of your Bust, Waist and Hip and compare them with those detailed in the SIZE CHART (these measurements have a tolerance of +/- 2 cm.)
- If your measurements are between two sizes, we always recommend buying the larger size.
How to check the measurements of the garment:
- Take one of your garments with a similar cut to the one you want to buy and take the measurements shown in the pictures of the product (eg shoulders, length, sleeves length). Then compare them with the measurements in the picture.
- Consider the style of the garments when comparing them with yours (eg oversize, super high waist, crop). Some garment can have different measurements for the right size, like an oversize dress.

Return
Articles can be returned within 14 days. However, we can only take back unused items. The attached labels as well as the article must be send to us complete and undamaged. Further information is available in the Cancellation Policy and in the general Terms and Conditions.
1. In order to arrange the return, the return must be announced by email to info@julyliebe.com. Tell us the product to return, quantity and reason.
2. Tell us if we should send you a return label or if you send it back to us yourself.
3. Print out the return label *, attach it to the top of the package and and remove or stick it over other address labels. Now you can bring the package at a post office near you. Please use our box or a similar box for the return to protect the goods. (The return label is valid for 7 days after you received it)
4. Keep the delivery confirmation until you have received a refund of the value of the goods from us.
*You can find the costs for the return shipment below. The return shipment costs will be deducted from your return amount:
5 € - Germany

We cannot provide a return label for the following countries, please send us the package back to us yourself:

Refund
We will refund the payment to you within 7 days of the arrival of your return.
Undeliverable shipments
If shipments are returned to us with the remark "undeliverable", we will contact you directly to arrange a new shipment. Please always make sure that the delivery address details are correct to avoid delays and returns.
Acceptance refused: there is the right to have the goods returned if they do not comply with the contractual agreements. If the goods are not accepted for reasons that are not related to the poor quality of the delivery or to the assertion of the right of withdrawal, costs will arise for a new delivery, which we will not assume. The deliverer will expressly note the reason for which acceptance was refused.
